Built on a soft, pillowy base of German Pilsner & Wheat, it pours hazy and golden with a refreshing, zesty lift. Southern Cross hops bring bright notes of sweet lemon zest, while the addition of tangelo layers in juicy, tangy citrus character and a gentle tart edge. A touch of coriander adds lemony spice and depth, and the Classic Belgian Wit yeast ties it all together with subtle hints of banana, clove, and soft phenolic spice. The result is a lively, sun-soaked witbier that's equal parts juicy, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable.
