Over at Bach they've been on the hops again...brewing up their beer for the invitation only, NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft-house in Queenstown. Loaded with Motueka, Peacharine, Riwaka and NZ101, it's as kiwi as a mighty ol' S-Bedford which toiled for an era to build our nation and quench thirsts, when NZ pioneered delivering beer to pubs in massive ~5,000 litre beer tankers.

Chocker full of citrus and tropical fruit aroma hops including Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho-7, and brand new Freestyle Manilita, on a juicy Gladfield malt base.

Why use a stick of dynamite when a party popper will do the trick? Eazy Hazy brings the colour and spark while keeping things nicely chilled. Succulent US hops deliver lime, passionfruit, and hints of coconut around a creamy, rolled-wheat base to balance the zesty bitter finish.

In honour of what may be the best movie ever made Behemoth make this West Coast IPA using their favourite NZ, Aussie and US hops. Malty, but dry and bitter, everything you could want in a West Coast IPA. I hope these hops were as green as they have been in my dreams. I hope...
