Brewed with NZ tropical hops for a smooth, Pacific ale, this release highlights the importance of Aotearoa's waters as key feeding and breeding grounds for this globally endangered species. Manta Watch's research has revealed the rays' seasonal migrations across the South Western Pacific and their remarkable deep-dive abilities, underscoring the need to safeguard this taonga and the oceans they roam.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again...brewing up their beer for the invitation only, NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft-house in Queenstown. Loaded with Motueka, Peacharine, Riwaka and NZ101, it's as kiwi as a mighty ol' S-Bedford which toiled for an era to build our nation and quench thirsts, when NZ pioneered delivering beer to pubs in massive ~5,000 litre beer tankers.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... contemplating a treasure island holiday, or brew up another hazy IPA and stay local paradise. Easy decision eh. Chocker full of citrus and tropical fruit aroma hops including Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho-7, and brand new Freestyle Manilita, on a juicy Gladfield malt base.

Over at Bach they've been on the Freestyle hop farms... dank and sticky fresh green cones of Nectaron were field harvested at their peak and hightailed to the brewery. Chris and Craig B weaved their brewing magic, dry hopped with new harvest pellets, Riwaka, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron again, for a dank, dripping and fiercely fresh Hazy IPA. Expect waves of ripe stonefruit, sticky passionfruit and a resinous hum.

Why use a stick of dynamite when a party popper will do the trick? Eazy Hazy brings the colour and spark while keeping things nicely chilled. Succulent US hops deliver lime, passionfruit, and hints of coconut around a creamy, rolled-wheat base to balance the zesty bitter finish.

The Balter XPA will hit your taste buds with tropical and floral aromatics along with a fruity palette. This brew is for those who enjoy an easy to drink, fully-hopped beer.

Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain.

Let me tell you something my friend, hops are a dangerous thing, hops can drive a person insane, got no use on the inside, better get used to that. It comes down to a simple choice. Get busy hopping or get busy... Well not hopping. That's goddamn right! Remember hops are a good thing, maybe the best of things, and good things never die. In honour of what may be the best movie ever made Behemoth make this West Coast IPA using their favourite NZ, Aussie and US hops. Malty, but dry and bitter, everything you could want in a West Coast IPA. I hope these hops were as green as they have been in my dreams. I hope...

Oh boy, what do we have here! Hauled into the Brewery as fast as Behemoth could muster on a blue pallet. A Fresh Hop West Coast IPA bursting with the glorious powers of Claytons trial hop CIP 076, a hop so juicy it practically fell out of the orchard and into the kettle. Expect a wave of ripe orange, peach, nectarine and mango, backed up by a cheeky little earthy bite that reminds you these hops were happily living on the vine not long ago. It's fresh, punchy, and brighter than whoever came up with these puns... Harvest is in full swing, so grab and enjoy - fresh is best!
