Jasmine drifts gently through the glass, frolicking across the senses with soft floral tones that lift and brighten. On the palate, ripe boysenberry brings a lush, juicy & tart edge, while cacao lingers in the background with a subtle, silky richness. Rather than dominating, each element works in quiet harmony - berry and chocolate complementing, jasmine weaving delicately through - creating a refreshingly nuanced sour with depth, vibrancy, and balance.

Process is what makes Frosted Tips special. Heyday take fresh Rakau hop cones from Eggers Hops, freeze them with liquid nitrogen, and then use those frozen cones for dry hopping in their Cold IPA base. The result is a style that truly leans into the 'cold'.

A velvety twist on refreshment, this champagne yeast-driven sour opens with a petal-soft floral note that drifts into ripe blueberry & bright lemon zest. Beneath it all sits a clean, smooth malt base that lets each flavour shimmer in balance. Delicate yet expressive, it's equal parts calm & captivating, a cool, lavender-scented breeze on a summer afternoon.

The beer emphasizes process over excess. Starting with floor-malted pilsner malt & followed by a dual stage inoculation of Saison & white wine yeasts to shape mouthfeel, dryness & subtle funk. Final structure is added by conditioning on rhubarb.
