Time to chill. California Cool, contemporary dry hopped California style pilsner. Clean pilsner malt and maize, dry hopped with a heavy handed dose of Citra, Riwaka and Simcoe. Crisp and quenchingly dry with a massive hit of clean citrus hops and delicate lemon sativa dankness. Stay Cool.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of Garage Project's favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

C is for Crookie. Crookie Monster Pastry Stout. Mounds of decadently delicious Glou Glou baked Cookie Croissants, loaded into the mash along with almost two tonnes of malt, then topped off with Coffee Supreme coffee, vanilla beans and a touch of salt. It's a true monster, dripping with sticky sweet caramel, and brown butter, balanced with black coffee and roast malt. It's good enough for me.

El Yacaré - The Caiman, South American style Cerveza, brewed with lager malts and maize, steeped with Yerba Mate leaves and infused with a twist of lime to create a unique crisp, clean and refreshing bright golden lager with delicate botanical notes and zesty citrus finish. Beer with bite.

Don't be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight. A true sheep in wolf's clothing.

Embrace the Garagista spirit - ignore convention, experiment, test the limits, and look at things a little differently. Brewed and double dry hopped with New Zealand, Australian and US hops. Great things can come from the garage.

Double Dry Hopped West Coast style IPA, elevated with harvest fresh Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross and a touch of Citra for a bright burst of citrus, guava and starburst candy.

Bright, golden Cali style IPA, hopped with the finest, hand selected, harvest fresh Nelson Sauvin loaded with intense passionfruit, bright gooseberry and tropical juicebox aromatics. Nuff said really.

Turn up the heat at your pickle party. Pickle Beer, the Spicy edition! Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill and pickle spice, fired up with a generous addition of red hot chilli peppers. Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious. It's getting hot in here!
