Hop farmer Kem gets up super early and heads out in the dark to find the freshest, ripest Riwaka hops he can find, Once again he has made us all proud. Hop Dragon is a perfect balance of the fresh green hop character and a deliciously drinkable Hazy Fresh Hop IPA.

It's been a long time since Epic made an IPA using the classic C hops of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, balanced with a touch of sweet crystal malt, that delivers a slightly richer colour, and a more obvious sweeter, malty note which marries perfectly with the grapefruit and piney notes from the hops. Its like stepping back in time with the way the original IPA's use to be.
