LIND & LIME GIN is a Scottish gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery at the Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh. With such a remarkable range of gins now available, we wanted to go back to the very definition of a classic London Dry Gin; a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. Lind & Lime is a benchmark London Dry Gin; crisp, refreshing and delicious!

Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector. Like its namesake, Little Little Biddy Gin, is robust and hardworking with a striking aromatic bite.

This Herbal Liqueur is distilled with local wine grapes and Alpine herbs found in the Piedmont area of Northern Italy. The main herbal plants used are: Gentian root, Gentianella, Aloe, Seaweed, Artemisia Absinthium, Quassia and White Turmeric.

What he discovered was that if you used winter wheat in the mash instead of the traditional distiller's rye, your bourbon whisky was smoother and less bitter...and that's made all the difference

This is Maker's Mark Bourbon in its purest form. Bottled at barrel proof and nonchill filtered, Maker's Mark Cask Strength ranges from 108 to 114 proof depending on the barrels. Surprisingly smooth, this bourbon retains the signature, front-of-the-palate flavors of Maker's Mark while amping up the notes of oak, caramel, vanilla and spice.

Fruity and fresh. Bittersweet Amarena cherry flavour complemented by the sweet and soft taste of black cherry. Gin notes of juniper and lemon contribute to the complexity. A flawless sweet-sour balance.
