Canyon Brewing have partnered with Carrick Winery to craft a piquette-style beer - a true Central Otago love letter-featuring Queenstown malt, Garston hops, local wild yeast, and second-use organic Pinot Noir grapes, aged in oak for 13 months for bold blackcurrant, red fruit, and subtle oak notes.
